This policy is intended to describe how any personal data collected by us through flydrops.gr (the “Site”) will be protected, used, stored and processed by us to communicate with you and provide you with excellent services while complying with applicable data protection law (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – hereinafter “GDPR”).

This Data Protection Policy does not apply to websites that you may access through links on the Site. Please ensure that you have read any relevant policies on third-party websites before proceeding. KONTOREPANIDIS K-TSICHITA K OE (“FLYDROPS”) is not responsible for the collection or use of your personal information by these third-party websites. FLYDROPS is registered in Greece and its registered office is at 9 Ethnikis Antistassis Ave., Koufalia, Thessaloniki.

We collect and process the following types of information about you:

when you subscribe to our newsletter

when you participate in competitions and prize draws

To maintain a record of the purchases you make on our websites

if you contact us (for example, by phone, email or otherwise) to learn more about a product or after-sales care and support services, to report a problem with the website or a product, or for any other reason.
With your consent, we process the following personal data that you provide when you interact with the Website and use the related services and features. The data may include your name and surname, title, gender, date of birth (day, month and year), email address, telephone number, address, as well as shipping address and any other information you consider necessary to provide us.

In any case, even without your prior consent, we may process your data to comply with legal obligations arising from laws, regulations and EU law, to exercise rights in legal proceedings, to pursue our own legitimate interests and in all cases provided for by articles 6 and 9 of the GDPR, where applicable. The processing is carried out both using electronic and paper-based means and always involves the implementation of the security measures provided for by applicable law.

We may use and share non-personal data that we receive or collect from you without restrictions. FLYDROPS may use the above personal data held about you for the following purposes (the purposes for which we require your consent are marked with *):

to fulfill the obligations arising from any contracts concluded between you and us and to provide you with information, products and services that you request from us, namely to process and complete your orders and to process your payments
to tailor the content of our website to your needs and preferences
to prevent, detect and investigate fraud, security breaches, violations of the law and other misuse of the website and to enforce the General Terms and Conditions, to deal with any queries, correspondence, concerns or complaints that you have made.
for our internal operations, including data analysis, testing, research, statistical purposes and troubleshooting;
to provide you with information about other products and services we offer that are similar to those you have already purchased or inquired about. We will only contact you by email with such information if you have consented to this.
to make suggestions and recommendations about other products or services that may be of interest to you* and
to carry out automated decision-making and profiling in order to determine the information or advertisements you would like to see from your use, for example, by creating individual or group profiles.*
Your data may in any case be processed, even without your consent, for the purpose of complying with laws, regulations, EU legislation (art. 6.1.(c) of the GDPR, for the performance of statistics on the use of the website and ensuring its proper functioning (art. 6.1.(f) of the Regulation), for the enforcement of the FF Group Code of Conduct and for the establishment or defense of legal claims in the interests of the Company.

If you have given us your consent, we will provide you with information about products, services, events, sales and marketing from FLYDROPS.

Our mailing list. With your consent, we will use your email address as a convenient way to contact you about your order or any reminder service you have.
Can I unsubscribe from your mailing list? We will send you special offers and promotions by email. If you do not want to receive offers and promotions by email, simply click on the unsubscribe link in any email. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Will you share my data with third parties? We will never share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.
We protect your privacy in many ways: Personal data is entered into our system in full compliance with data protection legislation, including security and confidentiality profiles and based on the principles of good practice, lawfulness and transparency in processing. Access to customer account information is limited to those who need access to perform their job. We use full login and password controls on our system. Confidentiality and database access controls are reviewed periodically and updated as necessary to further protect our personal data.

Your data may be stored in a database that we, as well as other members of FLYDROPS, have access to. We do this to organize our databases efficiently and to understand how our customers may be shopping in different parts of the world. We may also share your data with the following categories of selected third parties, in accordance with this Privacy Policy:

service providers (for example, IT services), business partners, suppliers and subcontractors to perform any contract we have with you (including, but not limited to, website operations, payment services, shipping, courier, fraud investigations, bill collection and affiliate and rewards programs).
analytics and search engine providers who help us improve and optimize the Website.
law enforcement or regulatory authorities or authorized third parties, in response to a verified request regarding a criminal investigation or suspected illegal activity or any other activity through the website that may expose us and/or the user or any third party to legal risks or liability; and
other business entities, if we intend to merge with or be acquired by that business entity. In the event of such a combination, we will require the new combined entity to follow this Privacy Policy with respect to your data. These third parties who may receive your data will process this data for the purposes set out above and in accordance with applicable law.
We will store your data for as long as is strictly necessary to provide you with the relevant services, for as long as you wish to maintain contact with us, or for as long as is necessary to provide reports and analysis regarding support. Even if you request to delete your data, we may retain it in a form that does not identify you. If reasonably necessary or required to comply with legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions, we may also retain some of your information as needed, even after you close your account or no longer need to provide you with the services. If you have not agreed that we can use your data for marketing purposes, we will retain your data for 6 years after you make a purchase from us.

Access. You have the right to access the data we hold about you, as well as an up-to-date list of the people who can access your data. We will need to prove your identity before we share any personal data with you.

Correction or deletion. You have the right to request that we correct or delete any personal data we hold about you (unless we have a legal right or obligation to retain it).

You have the right to obtain personal data that we hold about you, in a structured, electronic format and to transmit that data to another data controller, where this is (a) personal data that you have provided to us and (b) if we are processing that data based on your consent (such as marketing preference information) or to enter into a contract with you (such as to manage your online account).
Complaints. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your personal data, please contact us. If you are still not satisfied, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority. To exercise any of the rights listed above, please email us at info@flydrops.gr. If you ask us to stop processing your personal data in a particular way or to delete your personal data and this type of processing or information is necessary to facilitate your use of the website or is required to enable us to provide you with a service (e.g. in relation to the management of your online account), you may not be able to use the website or service as you did before. This does not include your right to object to direct marketing which can be exercised at any time without restriction. The rights listed above do not extend to non-personal data.
